Our Story

The white stag was launched as a mobile bar By the lawrie brothers, bruce and drew in october 2020.

With brother-in-law mick joining soon after, the white stag has grown to now support venues, vendors and ultimately couples looking for a more bespoke and personalised wedding experience, from venue choice through to vendor selection.

Our family team bring a diverse set of industry skills and business experience to the fore when supporting venue owners and couples from first contact to final on day execution.

The White Stag’s philosophy has always been to promote and elevate customer focused businesses and event trusted and professional operators within the Gold Coast and Scenic Rim area, whilst delivering a very personal service to every single wedding and event guest. We strongly believe that working in conjunction with quality vendors & venues, removes risk and uncertainty, and ultimately ensures your event is a success.

The White Stag team Drew, Mick & Bruce continue to capitalise on new opportunities to work with venues and vendors who value an exceptional customer experience. We are a very hands on, agile and genuine team who pride ourself on our shared values and work ethic.

Given our growing range of available services from enquiry management, venue management to mobile bars combined with our collective experience, we also enjoy sharing what we have learned so that any event is as spectacular as it can be and the chosen venue is represented and managed in the best possible light!

By using cloud based technology to support our venues and clients, our services extend out well beyond the Gold Coast and Scenic Rim, yet all under pinned by good processes, robust technology systems, but most of all by our genuine desire to ensure every service is delivered to an exceptional standard.
