At this time, we are exclusively taking bar bookings for events at Rosewood Estate, Maroon Hill Estate, Tall Trees or events where we are also providing coordination services. Please note, we are not accepting any bookings beyond the end of 2025.

Want to make a statement with a full selection of drink options and cocktail flair? This all-inclusive package guarantees a night to remember and proves you know how to throw an unforgettable party.

• 8 hours of drinks service

• Custom Dry Bar Float setup (BYO alcohol)

• Service of beers, wines, bubbles, and up to 3 spirits

• 3 hours of cocktail service with up to 2 pre-mixed cocktails of your choice

• Champagne tower (up to 91 glasses)

• All RSA-qualified staff

• All glassware (wine, champagne, highball) provided

• Ice included

• Arrival on-site 1.5 hours before service to set up

• Cocktail Package
  Cocktails mixed and served for 3 hours, with up to 2 pre-mixed variations of your choice. Includes all necessary glassware and equipment.

• Champagne Towers
  Choose between 55 or 91 glasses. Includes tray and elegant coupe glassware. We’ll set up the tower for you to pour and enjoy.

• Additional Staff
  For larger guest counts or additional services, such as running drinks and clearing tables. Required for events with over 100 guests.

• Extended Bar Hours or Cocktail Service
  Flexibility to adjust service times to suit your event.

The Fine Print

• A 5% surcharge applies to events on Sundays, and a 15% surcharge applies to Public Holidays.

• Travel is included within a 75km radius; let us know your location, and we’ll do our best to accommodate further distances.

• Prices are valid for bookings confirmed before the end of December 2024.

• Availability and pricing on this website are a guide only.

• For efficient service, we recommend keeping your drink selections to a maximum of 2 beers, wines, and spirits.
